Our Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Kandi In Public, we understand you may be unsure if merchandise you buy online may fit or look good on you. That's why we offer a customer satisfaction return & exchange policy.

  • You may return new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • You may exchange new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery for an item of equal value.

  • We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • If the return is not a result of our error (you ordered the wrong item, or no longer want it), you are responsible for returning the item back to us via USPS first class mail with a tracking number, the return shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee.

If you are eligible for a refund, you should expect to receive it within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Refunds are issued to back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
